目的 观察腹膜透析（peritoneal dialysis PD）对严重充血性心力衰竭的治疗效果及其对心脏的有利影响。方法 14例严重充血性心力衰竭患者采用PD治疗，观察临床表现改善状况，经超声心动图测量应用公式计算PD治疗前后左室心肌重量指数（LVMI）。结果 ①PD治疗后心功能明显改善②PD治疗后0.5年生存率87%，1年及1.5年生存率57%，2年生存率7%。③PD治疗后LVMI显著降低，P<0.01。 结论 PD是治疗严重充血性心力衰竭的有效方法，改善心功能，使增加的心肌重量减轻，生存时间延长。

Objective To observe intermittent Peritoneal dialysis (PD) treatment for severe congestive heart failure and its beneficial effect on heart. Methods 14 severe congestive failure patients were treated by PD and their left ventricular myocardial mass index (LVMI) PD ago and after PD treatment for 1 month were calculated by the way of ultra cardiography. Results These patients' heart function were significantly improved after PD treatment；The mortality of 0.5 years, 1 yeares, 1.5 years and 2 years were respective 87%, 57%, 57% and 7%；LVMI were significantly decreased after PD treatment for 1 month.［(239±56)g/m2 vs (189±39)g/m2 P<0.01］. Conclusion PD can effectively treated severe congestive heart failure and improved heart function and decreased the myocardial mass.
