目的 探讨肾移植术后患者重症感染时采用连续性肾脏替代治疗(ＣＲＲＴ)对发热及全身症状的改善作用。 方法 应用BM-25CRRT机行ＣＶＶＨ,治疗肾移植术后顽固性感染发热，7例患者肺部感染各种药物治疗无效，全身衰竭状态下接受ＣＲＲＴ治疗共计25次。 结果 首次CRRT治疗后体温逐渐下降，生命体征明显好转，7例患者经过2～4次CRRT治疗后病情均转稳定，针对性应用抗生素后痊愈出院。 结论 ＣＲＲＴ救治肾移植术后严重感染并发热，可有效的缓解症状、为针对性抗感染治疗赢得时间，是一种有效的辅助治疗手段。

Objective To evaluate the outcome of continuous renal relacement therapy (CRRT) on treating serious infection occured to pationts after kidney trans-plantation. Methods Seven kidney transplantation aptionts complicated with pulmonary infection who suffered from high fever, serious dyspnea and was treated with medicines without obvious effect received CRRT therapy for 25 times with BM-25 CRRT machine. Results After the first treatment, the body temperature decreased and symptoms relieved gradually. The 7 patients' condition were much better than before and cured after 2～4 times CRRT and antibiotics therapy. Conclusion CRRT is an effective auxiliary treatment method for serious infection after kidney transplantation. It can relieve patients' symptoms, control high fever, the patients can obtain an opportunity to receive effective antibiotics and other treatment.
