目的 探讨血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平与维持性血液透析患者急性时相反应的关系。方法 无临床炎症反应的维持性血液透析患者63例，以透射比浊法测定超敏 C反应蛋白（hs-CRP），以速率散射比浊法测定急性时相蛋白（Acut Phase Proteins, APPs）铜蓝蛋白(CER) 和α1酸性糖蛋白(AAG)。hs-CRP>10mg/L的20例为观察组，hs-CRP < 10mg/L 的20例为对照组；血液透析前采血，以RIA法测血清IL-6水平。结果 观察组IL-6水平明显高于对照组，差异有显著性（P<0.05）， IL-6 水平与 CRP、CER、AAG 呈正相关（r 值分别为 0.67、0.72、0.59、P<0.01）。结论 维持性血液透析患者血清 IL-6水平与急性时相反应的程度呈正相关，可以作为这类患者急性时相反应的检测指标之一。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between IL-6 and the acute phase response (APR) in hemodialysis patients. Methods High sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), Ceruloplasmin (CER) and a1-AG (AAG) concentration were measured in 63 hemodialysis patiens who had no obvious inflammation. At the same time, serum IL-6 were measured. Results IL-6, CER and AAG concentration were significantly higher in patients with hs-CRP higher than 10mg/L ( P < 0.05). In a line regression analysis, significant association was observed between IL-6 concentration and acute phase proteins' (hs-CRP, CER and AAG) concentration. Conclusion Sruem IL-6 is associated with sruem acute phase proteins (hs-CRP, CER and AAG).
