目的 观察血液净化方法治疗海洛因成瘾的疗效，并探讨其可能机理。方法 将中山大学附属第五医院血液净化中心36例海洛因成瘾者分三组进行血液净化治疗，一组行血液透析(HD)，一组行血液透析滤过(HDF)，一组行血液灌流和血液透析滤过(HP+HDF)，另设美沙酮对照组。结果 经3次治疗后，三组患者成功脱瘾，尿检海洛因阴性，HD组戒断症状明显改善，HDF组戒毒症状大部分消失，HP+HDF组戒毒症状完全消失，美沙酮对照组大部分患者脱瘾，但戒断症状明显。结论 血液净化治疗海洛因成瘾是一简便、快速、安全、有效的戒毒方法。

Objective To summarize and analyze the effect and mechanism of blood purification in treating heroin addicts. Methods Thirty-six cases were divided into hemodialysis(HD) group, hemodiafiltration(HDF)group and hemoperfusion (HP)+HDF group. Every patient were treated 3 times in a week, four hours every time. The control group were treated with Methadone as layouted. Results Any obvious withdrawal symptoms did not appear in all cases treated with blood purification, detoxification and abstinence was successful and the effect was better than control group. Conclusion blood purification has definite curative effect in the treatment of heroin addiction and it's a simple, convenient, safe and short term way.
