摘要
目的 探讨不同血液净化方式对慢性肾衰竭患者血清leptin的影响。方法 选择维持性血液透析(MHD)患者60例,分成3组：血液透析(HD)组，血液滤过(HF)组，血液灌流(HP)组。正常对照组20例，采用放射免疫法检测治疗前后及对照组血清Leptin水平。结果 慢性肾衰竭患者血清leptin水平明显高于健康对照组，HD对血清瘦素水平无明显影响，HF和HP可以显著降低CRF患者血清leptin水平，且HP优于HF。结论 HP和HF可以较好的清除血清瘦素，改善患者营养状态。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of different blood purification treatment on the serum leptin levels (SLL) in the patients with chronic renal failure. Methods Sixty maintenance hemodialysis patients in our hospital were included, which were divided into homedialysis (HD) group, hemoperfusion (HP) group, and hemofiltration (HF) group. SLL were measured by radioim-munoassay (RIA) before and after treatment. Results SLL in MHD patients were obviously higher than that in the healthy controls. hemodialysis had little effect on SLL，while HF and HP could lower SLL significantly and HP was better than HF. Conclusions HP and HF can eliminate SLL preferably, which may improve the patients' nutritional status.
