摘要
目的 探讨维持性血液透析患者妇科手术的适应症和安全性。方法 回顾性分析第二军医大学附属长海医院妇产科自2002年6月～2005年6月间行子宫切除术的5例维持性血液透析患者的适应症、术前准备、术中处理要点和术后注意事项。结果 5例患者无1例出现严重的手术并发症，均获手术成功。结论 通过透析方式的调整及术前精心的准备，经腹全子宫切除术对于维持性血液透析患者是安全可行的。
Abstract
Objective Our purpose was to investigate the indications and the safety of abdominal hysterectomy in the maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods We retrospectively reviewed the five abdominal hysterectomy cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients in our hospital from June 2002 to June 2005, including their indications, preoperative preparations, crucial disposal points in the operation and the works after the operation. Results All the operations were successfully performed without severe complications. Conclusion With a well-prepared dialysis management, abdominal hysterectomy can be safely performed in maintenance hemodialysis patients.
