摘要
目的 探讨川芎嗪对实验性大鼠腹膜纤维化病变的影响和可能的机制。方法 采用4.25%含糖透析液+脂多糖致腹膜纤维化模型。将大鼠随机分成3组:对照组、模型组、川芎嗪组,川芎嗪组在造模同时每日腹腔内注射川芎嗪40mg/kg。30天后处死各组大鼠,留取腹膜组织做HE及Masson染色,并留取血液和腹膜透析液做ELISA法测转化生长因子β。结果 川芎嗪组的壁层腹膜厚度比模型组明显减轻,转化生长因子-β的浓度也明显下降。结论 川芎嗪能有效的防治腹膜纤维化的进程。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect and possible mechanism of ligustrazine in treating peritoneal fibrosis of experimental rats. Methods The peritoneal fibrosis rat model was induced by high glucose dialysate (4.25%,Baster) and lipopoly saccharide(LPS). The rats were randomly divided into three groups: Control group peritoneal fibresis,model group,and ligustrazine treating group.The ligustrazine treating group received daily intraperitoneal injection of 40mg/kg ligustrazine.Thirty days later all rats were sacrificed. The abdominal membrane was stained with HE and Masson method. Transforming growth factor β(TGF-β)in blood and dialysate were detected by ELISA method.Results The peritoneum visceral of peritoneal fibresis model group was thicker than that of ligustrazine treating group, and the concentration of TGF -βalso decreased obviously in ligustrazine group trating group. Conclusion Ligustrazine are beneficial to the prevention and treatment of peritoneal fibrosis.
