【摘要】目的 探讨血液净化中心护士焦虑抑郁状态相关因素。方法 采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对40名血液净化中心护士进行焦虑抑郁程度测评，并以相同医院门诊护士40名作为对照组。 结果 近1/2～1/3血液净化中心护士存在不同程度的焦虑或抑郁状态。结论 血液净化中心护士存在不同程度的心理问题，应该积极地干预以保证工作人员的身心健康。
【Abstract】 Objective Searching for some correlation factors causing anxious and depression among the hemodialysis nurses. Methods The anxious and depressive state of 40 hemodialysis nurses were surveyed by means of SDS and SAS respectively, meanwhile, the same hospital 40 clinic nurses as a control group. Results About 1/2～1/3 of the 40 hemodialysis nurses are anxious and depression in degree. Conclusion The are serious pschologic obstacle among the hemodialysis nurses, so the mental intervention should be done to protect the medical staff抯 mental health.
