目的：探讨利用贝朗Diapact CRRT血液净化装置在原有连续性静-静血液滤过治疗模式的基础上，实现连续性血浆滤过吸附治疗新功能的研究，方法：通过对贝朗Diapact C R R T连续性静-静血液滤过治疗管路进行简单改装，增加三通连接管一根，扩展应用原有的治疗模式，结果：较好地实现了CPFA治疗。 结论：利用贝朗DDiapact CRRT血液净化装置原有连续性静-静血液滤过治疗模式为基础．结合该机的设计特点，实现连续性血浆滤过吸附治疗新功能的原理、方法和临床应用。
