腹膜透析患者健康促进生活方式量表信度和效度的检验

Reliability and validity evaluation of the health promotion lifestyle scale for peritoneal dialysis patients

摘要: 【摘要】目的编制腹膜透析患者健康促进生活方式量表并检验其信度和效度,为评估腹膜透析患者生活方式状况提供依据。方法通过文献研究、半结构式访谈作为量表的构想维度和条目池的主要来源,经专家会议法形成初始量表,最后通过预调查对量表进行验证和完善。结果腹膜透析患者健康促进生活方式量表包含6 个维度35 个条目。该问卷信度Cronbach′s α系数为0.898,各维度Cronbach′s α系数为0.777~0.815,量表的重测信度系数为0.905,各维度Cronbach 数为α系数为0.762~0.805。效度(content validity index,CVI)指数为0.800~1.000,平均CVI 为0.867。结论该量表具有较好的信效度,适用于腹膜透析患者健康行为的评估。

Abstract: 【Abstract】Objective To develop a health promotion lifestyle scale for peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients and to test the reliability and validity of the scale in order to provide a basis for evaluating the lifestyle in PD patients. Methods Through literature search and semi- structured interview, the conceptional dimension of the scale and the main source of item pool were established. The primary scale was formed after consultation through an expert meeting. Finally, the scale was verified and improved after a pilot survey. Results The health promotion lifestyle scale for PD patients included 6 dimensions and 35 items. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.898, and the Cronbach's coefficient was 0.777~0.815. The retest reliability coefficient of the scale was 0.905, and the Cronbach's magnitude coefficient of each dimension was 0.762~0.805. The content validity index (CVI) was 0.800~1.000, and the average CVI was 0.867. Conclusion This scale has better reliability and validity, and is a suitable tool to assess health behavior for PD patients.
