带蒂大网膜包肾术对肾小球硬化大鼠肾皮质IV型胶原基因表达的影响

摘要:

目的 探讨带蒂大网膜包肾术( POT)对肾小球硬化大鼠肾皮质IV型胶原基因表达的影响。方法 采用单侧肾切除加二次注射阿霉素制备肾小球硬化大鼠模型,观察带蒂大网膜包肾术对肾小球硬化大鼠肾皮质IV型胶原基因表达的影响。结果 带蒂大网膜包肾术使肾小球硬化大鼠肾皮质IV型胶原基因表达明显上调, 肾小球硬化减轻。结论 带蒂大网膜包肾术下调肾小球硬化大鼠肾皮质IV型胶原基因表达,延缓肾小球硬化

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the effect of pedicled omental transposition on type IV collagen mRNA in glomerulosclerosis rats. Methods Three groups of 24 uistar rats were studied: 9 as normal control, 6 as glomerulosclerosis group induced by unilateral nephrectomy and injection of adriamycin, and 9 glomerulosclerosis rats treated with pedicled omental transposition surgery as pedicted omental transposition group. Results Pedicled omental trans-position group could not only decrease the accumulation of extracellular matrix( P<0.05), but also the expression of type IV collagen mRNA (P<0.05). Conclusion Pedicled omental transposition may decrease the accumulation of extracellular matrix and attenuate glomerulosclerosis by down-regulating type IV collagen mRNA expression.
