中西药联合人工肝治疗39例重型病毒性肝炎的近期疗效观察

摘要： 目的 探讨茵栀黄注射液和促肝细胞生长素联合人工肝治疗重型肝炎的疗效。方法 观察组39例重型肝炎患者在内科基础治疗上给予中西药联合血浆置换治疗71例次；对照组54例重型肝炎患者在内科基础治疗上仅给予中西药治疗。结果 观察组治疗后临床症状及生化指标较治疗前明显改善，总好转率为56.4%(22／39)，对照组总好转率为 29.6%(16/54)。结论 中西药联合人工肝治疗对于重型病毒性肝炎是一种有效的治疗方法，宜在内科治疗基础上早期施行。

Abstract:

Objective To study the effect of artificial liver support system(ALSS) combined with Yinzhihuang injection and heptocyte growth factor (HGF) on severe hepatitis. Methods Thirty-nine patients with severe hepatitis were treated with ALSS, Yinzhihuang injection and HGF. Fifty-four severe hepatitis patients treated with Yinzhihuang injecition and HGF only were as controls. Results The patients clinical synptoms relieved improving rate and their liver functions were obviously improved after the treatment of plasmaexchange. The improring rate in general was 56.4% (22/39). But, the improving rate ingeneral in control group means was 29.6% (16/54). Conclusions The treatment of ALSS combined with Yinzhihuang injecfion and HGF is an effective and safe thearpy for severe hepatitis. The therapy should be used in early stage. 
