红细胞压积对血液透析患者血液粘滞度的影响

摘要: 目的 探讨不同红细胞压积(Hct)水平对血液透析患者血液粘滞度的影响。方法 收集2002 年11月至2003年1月期间血液透析患者血液透析前、血液透析2小时及血液透析结束时的Hct水平以及各项血液粘滞度指标,按血液透析前的Hct水平分组,应用随机区组方差分析方法,考察Hct对血液粘滞度的影响。结果 Hct与各项血液流变学指标具有相关性。随着Hct的升高,血浆粘度、血沉(ESR)方程K值的升高不明显,而ESR逐渐降低,各项全血粘滞度显著升高。血液透析过程中, 各组Hct逐渐升高,但各项血液粘滞度指标的变化则不明显。结论 Hct的增高,并不会引起血浆粘滞度的显著升高,血液透析过程中亦不会造成血液粘滞度的明显改变。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of different hematocrit levels on the hemorheology of hemodialysis patients. Methods To collect the patients' datas during the course of the hemodialysis ( before dialysis, 2 hours after the beginning, just before the end of the dialysis), from November 2002 to January 2003, including Hct and rheological properties; using the random blocks ANOVA to observe the relationships of the Hct and other variables, as well as the differences between each point. Results Hct is correlated with rheological properties. During the course of hemodialysis, Hct levels increase gradually. The increases of plasma viscosity and K value show no statistical differences, as well as the decrease of ESR. Whole blood viscosities increase significantly compared with the levels before hemodialysis. Conclusion Increase of Hct won't induce obvious increase of plasma viscosity. 
