老年患者肾移植20例分析

摘要： 【摘要】目的 探讨老年患者肾移植的疗效。方法 将1998年9月至2000年6月间60岁以上的肾移植患者20例进行分析。结果 术后发生并发症6例（30%）；排斥反应4例(20%)，2例（10%）死于心力衰竭。余18例人肾均成活。结论 60岁以上的老年患者可安全成功的接受肾移植；感染及心血管并发症是导致患者死亡的主要原因；受者适应征及免疫抑制剂的合理应用是提高长期存活的关键。

Abstract:

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of kidney transplantation in aged patient.Methods 20 patients over to jears old who received kidney transplantation were studied. Results Postoperative complication occured in 6 patients(30%),reject reaction occurred in 4 patients(20%), 2 patients(10%) died of cardiac fuilure, and the kidneys of the others are still alive.Conclusion The patients over 60 years old can receive kidney transplantation successfully; The main reasons leading to death were cardiac complication and infection; The indication of recipients and using of immunosuppressive agent proprely is the key to prolong the surrival time.
