透析机和透析用水处理系统中的生物膜及其控制

摘要：

目的 生物膜是透析系统微生物存在)的主要形式，其释放的细菌细胞和热原物质对透析患者的健康造成威胁。本文综述了透析机和透析用水处理系统管路中生物膜形成的原因和过程，总结了生物膜的特点及其危害，以及目前常用的生物膜控制方法，并提出了控制建议。

Abstract:

Biofilm is the preferred living style other than planktonic for the microbes in hemodialysis system. The release of bacterial cells and pyrogen severely threaten the dialysis patients. The formation process and mechanism of the biofilm in dialysis system, their characteristics and disadvantageous effect to patients, and the approaches to control them are summarized in this mini review.
