同型半胱氨酸与2型糖尿病合并早期肾病及尿毒症的关系

摘要: 【摘要】目的 探讨同型半胱氨酸(tHcy)与单纯糖尿病合并肾病及尿毒症透析患者的关系。方法 用荧光偏振分析法测定糖尿病及合并早期肾病各20例、尿毒症透析17例患者总同型半胱氨酸浓度,常规生化仪监测空腹血糖,用t检验法比较3组患者的tHcy浓度。结果 合并早期肾病组平均tHcy与单纯糖尿病组相比较有明显差异[(25.82±13.63)μmol/L,(9.05±2.19)μmol/L,P<0.01]。尿毒症透析组tHcy虽高于早期肾病组[(29.22±11.95)μmol/L与 (25.82±13.65)μmol/L,P>0.05],但无统计学意义。结论 血tHcy明显升高可能为合并早期肾病患者的独立危
险因素。

Abstract:

【Abstract】Objective To explore the relationship between tHcy and the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, diabetic nephropathy and uremia. Methods 20 cases with type 2 DM, 20 cases with incipientdiabetic nephropathy and 17 cases with uremia. The plasma levels of tHcy were measured by FPIA, the fasting blood sugar were measured by standard automated clinical chemistry laboratory methods. The plasma levels of tHcy were compared each other with t test. Results The plasma levels of tHcy between the type 2 DM and diabetic nephropathy were significantly different[(25.82± 13.63)μmol/L vs (9.05± 2.19)μmol/L P<0.01]. The plasma level of tHcy in group of uremia was higher than diabetic nephropathy,but it was no statistical significance [(29.22±11.95)μmol/L vs (25.82 ±13.65)μmol/L P>0.05]. Conclusion The significant increase in the plasma level of tHcy may be an independent risk factor for incipient diabetic nephropathy.
