儿童腹膜透析治疗的技术特点

摘要： 【摘要】腹膜透析现在已经成为儿童肾衰竭肾脏替代治疗的主要方法，腹膜透析患儿的选择，成功建立腹膜透析通路，腹膜透析相关感染的预防是保证腹膜透析长期顺利进行所必须。本文对儿童腹膜透析的技术特点进行了介绍，以期提高医务人员对该技术的认知,改善腹膜透析质量。

Abstract: 【Abstract】Peritoneal dialysis (PD) has become the main renal replacement therapy for children with renal failure. The choice of children with PD, the successful establishment of PD access, and the prevention of PD-related infections are essential to ensure a long-term PD. In this paper, we introduce the technical characteristics of PD in children in order to improve the quality of PD and to enhance the comprehension of PD technology in medical professionals.
