摘要： 贫血是慢性肾脏病最常见的并发症之一，而且随着病程的进展，贫血的患病率也随之升高，不同透析方式的肾病患者贫血机制、患病率、诊疗策略可能有所不同，故本文将对维持性透析患者肾性贫血诊治策略做一综述。

Abstract: Anemia is an important and common complication of chronic kidney disease. With the progression of chronic kidney disease, the incidence of anemia also increases. However, anemia in patients with different types of dialysis may have different physiology, prevalence, diagnosis, and treatment strategies. This article reviewed the diagnosis and treatment strategies of renal anemia in maintenance dialysis patients.
