摘要: 自体动静脉内瘘(arteriovenous fistula,AVF)是维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者首选的血管通路方式,虽然AVF相较其他血管通路来说具有一定的优势,但AVF的术后未成熟及失功率很高。因此准确评估AVF术后瘘管的预后有助于优化治疗方案、改善患者预后。近年来临床预测模型(clinical prediction models,CPMs)已广泛应用于医学领域,本文对目前血液透析患者AVF的CPMs研究现状进行综述。

Abstract: Autologous arteriovenous fistula (AVF) is the first choice of vascular access for maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients. However, the rates of AVF immaturity and dysfunction are very high. Therefore, accurate evaluation of the prognosis of AVF after operation is helpful to optimize the treatment and improve the prognosis of MHD patients. In recent years, the clinical prediction models (CPMs) have been widely used for the evaluation of AVF. In the current review, we summarize the current research status of CPMs for AVF in MHD patients.
