维持性血液透析患者残存尿量与营养状况的关系研究

摘要:

目的 探讨维持性血液透析患者残存尿量与营养状况的关系,为临床解决维持理想干体重与 保护残存肾功能之间的矛盾提供理论依据。方法 随机选择66例开始进行维持性血液透析治疗的患者,记录24h残存尿量,同时使用改良定量整体主观评估法(MQSGA)评估患者营养状况;残存尿量每减少100ml,进行营养评估1次;分析残存尿量与营养状况评分之间的动态关系。结果 残存尿量在1500~400ml之间时,营养状况评分与残存尿量之间存在相关关系;残存尿量在1399~500ml之间时,营养状况评分与残存尿量之间存在回归关系。结论 维持性血液透析患者残存尿量在一定范围时,影响患者的营养状况。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the relations between residual urine volume and nutritional status in maintenance hemodialysis patients for dealing with the contradiction between dehydration and protecting residual renal function. Methods Residual urine volumes in 24 hours of 66 hemodialysis patients were registered and the nutritional status were assessed with Modified Quantitative Subjective Global Assessment before beginning dialysis. His nutritional status was evaluated repeatedly when his residual urine volume decreased 100ml. The correlations and regressions between nutritional status and residual urine volume were analyzed. Results There were positive correlations between the residual urine volume and nutritional scores when the residual urine volume were in the range of 1500 ml to 400ml in 24 hours; there were regressions between the residual urine volume and nutritional scores when the residual urine volume were in the range of 1399ml to 500ml in 24 hours. Conclusion The residual urine volume could influence the nutritional status in a range.
