On-line 血液透析滤过应用高钠及超滤曲线对血压的影响

摘要:

目的 研究on-line HDF时应用高钠及超滤曲线是否对血压有影响。方法 回顾性分析我院10名终末期肾衰竭(ESRD)患者的60例次HDF治疗,根据应用高钠与超滤曲线与否分成A、B两组(两组各30次),对两组患者行HDF时的1h、2h、3h、4h及最低血压进行比较。结果 A、B组患者在其1h、2h、3h、最低血压比较差异有显著性, P<0.05。在其4 h血压比较差异无显著性,P>0.05。结论 结合高钠及超滤曲线可使患者进行 HDF时血压平稳,比单纯行HDF的血流动力学更稳定。

Abstract:

Objective To study the influence of using high sodium and gradient ultrafiltration in on-line hemodiafiltration on blood pressure. Methods In a cross-section study, about 60 times on-line HDF of 10 ESRD patients were separated into two groups as group A:using high sodium and gradient ultrafiltration in on-line HDF(n=30) and group B:without using high sodium and gradient ultrafiltration in on-line HDF(n=30). Blood pressure of the 1st hour、2nd hour、3rd hour、4th hour and the lowest blood pressare in each group were compared between the two groups. Result There was significant difference of the blood pressure in the 1st hour、2nd hour、3rd hour and the lowest blood pressure between group A and group B (P<0.05). There was no significant difference of the 4th hour's blood pressure between the two groups. (P=0.293). Conclusion Using high sodium and gradient ultrafiltration in on-line HDF could make the blood pressure and hemodynamics more stable than in HDF without using.
