摘要： 目的 分析2003年至2009年《中国血液净化》杂志的各项计量指标,探讨该刊的学术质量和影响力情况。方法 通过CNKI的《学术统计评价研究平台》及手工计算,对杂志载文量、篇密度、信息充分度、影响因子、网络传播趋势、各地区下载量及被访问学科等指标进行统计分析。 结果 ①该刊2003年至2009年《中国血液净化》载文量分别为222，193，228，284，276，243，285篇。合计载文1731篇，年平均载文247.28篇，期平均载文20.61篇；②影响因子和网络传播趋势逐年增高，尤其是2007年以后网络传播量明显增加。总被引频次及他引率逐年上升，基金论文比由0.11提高到0.14；③读者群不仅包括国内各大院校，也覆盖到亚洲、欧洲、北美洲等地区。 结论《中国血液净化》杂志年载文量稳定、影响因子和网络传播趋势逐年增高，已成为我国血液净化领域重要的信息源，是展示我国血液净化领域研究成果的重要窗口。

Abstract: Objective Chinese Journal of Blood Purification is a professional journal in the research field of blood purification in China. We analyzed the quantity and quality of the published articles on this journal using the China citation database of CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure), and evaluated the academic influences of this journal. Methods We evaluated the quality of this journal in the number of articles published every year and in every issue, the impact factor, the tendency to spread on web, and the distribution of readers’ area. Results From 2003-2009, the number of articles published every year were 222, 193, 228, 284, 276, 243 and 285, respectively. The impact factor and tendency to spread on web have been increasing. Conclusion Chinese Journal of Blood Purification has become one of the important information sources in the research field of blood purification in China with the increasing of the article number published every year, the impact factor and the tendency to spread on internet web, and is an important place to display the progresses in blood purification in China.
