Research progress in the relationship between hyperuricemia and chronic kidney disease

摘要: 【摘要】高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)和慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)的关系一直被广泛研究,目前的证据指向高尿酸血症作为“独立、可变更”的危险因素加剧肾脏病进展,迄今为止尚未有研究证实两者存在因果关系,明确HUA 在CKD 发生发展中的作用成为近年来此领域的关注热点。本文将详述CKD和HUA 之间的关联,寻求控制血尿酸水平作为延缓肾脏疾病进展的一种新的治疗角度。

Abstract: 【Abstract】The relationship between hyperuricemia (HUA) and chronic kidney disease (CKD) has been widely investigated. Current findings tend to conclude that hyperuricemia can be regarded as an“independent and modifiable”risk factor for the deterioration of renal disease. However, the cause-effect relationship cannot be confirmed to date. Many researchers have focused on this issue. This review elaborates the links between HUA and CKD in a rather novel and comprehensive perspective, seeking to retard the progression of CKD by control of uric acid.
