摘要： 【摘要】血管通路协调员(vascular access coordinator,VAC)在血液透析血管通路多学科协作中具有多重作用。本文从血管通路协调员的起源和概念、血管通路多学科综合治疗(multidisciplinary treatment,MDT)团队的组成及作用、血管通路协调员在团队中的作用以及血管通路协调员的临床贡献4个方面进行综述，为我国进行血管通路协调员的培养提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract: 【Abstract】The vascular access coordinator (VAC) has multiple roles in the multidisciplinary collaboration of hemodialysis vascular access. This article proceeds from the four aspects: the origin and concept of VAC, the composition and role of the multidisciplinary treatment team in the vascular access, the role of VAC in the team, and the clinical contribution. This review provides a reference for guiding future clinical practice to develop VACs.
