摘要： 我国终末期肾病透析患者人数逐渐增加，其中育龄期女性面临生育问题，妊娠风险较高。随
着透析技术的提高，终末期肾病妊娠患者成功分娩案例逐渐增加。本文主要介绍终末期肾病妊娠患者透
析治疗方面的研究进展。

关键词: 终末期肾病, 妊娠, 透析, 优化管理

Abstract: The number of end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients treated with dialysis is gradually increasing in China. Female ESRD patients at childbearing age are facing reproduction problems with a higher
risk during pregnancy. The cases of successful pregnancy and delivery in ESRD women increased recently
due to the advances in dialysis technology. This article introduces the research progress in the dialysis therapy
for ESRD women with pregnancy.
