摘要： 目的  检索、评价并整合腹膜透析患者外出口护理的最佳证据，为临床实践提供支持。 方法  计算机检索腹膜透析患者导管外出口护理的相关证据，如指南、专家共识、系统评价等，检索时限为建库至2022年6月30日。 结果  共纳入14篇文献，其中8篇指南，2篇专家共识，1篇系统评价，3篇队列研究。 结论  本研究对腹膜透析患者外出口护理进行了最佳证据总结，为规范临床操作提供了依据。

Abstract: Objective To retrieve, evaluate and integrate the best evidence for exit-site care in peritoneal dialysis patients for the guidance of clinical practice.  Methods  We searched the relevant guidelines, systematic reviews, and expert consensuses about the exit-site care. The retrieval period was from the establishment of the databases to June 30, 2022.  Results  A total of 14 articles were enrolled, including 8 guidelines, 2 expert consensuses, one systematical review and 3 cohort studies.  Conclusions  This study summarized the best evidence for exit-site care in peritoneal dialysis and provided the best practice evidence for clinical nursing.
