免疫净化对难治性系统性红斑狼疮治疗效果的观察

摘要

目的观察免疫净化（单个核细胞清除/血浆置换）对难治性系统性红斑狼疮的疗效。方法选取近三年在我院住院的经环磷酰胺或硫唑嘌呤治疗半年至一年以上未能缓解的系统性红斑狼疮患者14例，比较免疫净化治疗前后系统性红斑狼疮患者临床症状及血清免疫指标的变化。
结果经免疫净化治疗后多数患者的临床症状明显改善，全部患者的自身抗体、免疫球蛋白及血沉等指标均有不同程度的下降。结论免疫净化疗法是缓解难治性系统性红斑狼疮病情的有效治疗方法，可以作为正规用药的基础及辅助治疗。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of immuno clearance in systemic lupus erythematosis. Methods To compare the changes of clinical signs and immunological parameters in patients with systemic lupus erythematosis before and after treatment. Results The levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)、 autoantibody and ESR in serum were decreased after the treatment with immunoclearance. Conclusion Immunoclearance is an effective and basic treatment combined with regular treatment in systemic lupus erythematosis.
