目的 观察老年人动静脉内瘘（AVF）使用情况。方法 对36例年龄大于60岁的血液透析患者的 AVF做回顾性分析，并将AVF的手术成功率及通畅率与其他年龄组相比较。结果 观察结果显示老年组AVF手术成功率低于对照组( P<0.05），老年组 AVF术后第4天、6个月、12个月、24个月、36个月及60个月通畅率分别为84.75%、77.97%、67.80%、50.85%、40.68%和20.34%，对照组AVF术后第4天、6个月、12个月、24个月、36个月及60个月通畅率分别为96.08%、92.16%、84.31%、70.59%、60.78%和41.18%，两组结果差异有显著性（P<0.05）。结论 老年人 AVF使用寿命相对较短。

Objective To observe the status of the arteriovenous fistula (AVF) in elderly hemodialysis patients. Methods Thirty-six elderly and 36 other ages patients both with uremia who received AVF operation were studied. The success rate of operation and the patency rate of vessels were analyzed. Results The success rate of old-age group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). All the patients were followed up for 4 days, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years and 5 years. The patency rate of vessels of old-age group was 84.75%, 77.97%, 67.80%, 50.85%, 40.68%, 20.34% respectively. And the patency rate of vessels of the control group was 96.08%, 92.16%, 84.31%, 70.59%, 60.78%, 41.18% respectively. There were significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The life of AVF in elderly is relatively short.
