Summary of best evidence for the management of thirst symptoms in hemodialysis patients

摘要: 目的 评价总结血液透析患者口渴症状管理的最佳证据,为临床实践提供循证证据。 方法 系统检索国内外计算机决策支持系统、指南网站、数据库、相关专业协会网站中与血液透析患者口渴症状管理的相关文献,检索时限为建库至2023年11月。采用AGREE Ⅱ、JBI及CASE评价工具对纳入的文献进行质量评价,对符合要求的文献进行证据总结和归纳。 结果 最终共纳入12篇文献,包括指南1篇、证据总结1篇、系统评价3篇、随机对照试验7篇。 结论 本研究对血液透析患者口渴症状管理的最佳证据进行总结,为医护人员在临床实践过程中提供科学依据。

Abstract: Objective  To evaluate and summarize the best evidence for the management of thirst symptoms in hemodialysis patients, and to provide evidence-based data for clinical practice.  Method  We systematically searched domestic and foreign computerized decision support systems, guideline websites, databases, and websites of professional associations relating to the management of thirst symptoms in hemodialysis patients from establishment of the databases to November 2023. AGREE II, JBI  and CASE evaluation tools were used to evaluate the quality of the included literature and to summarize the evidence of the literature that meets the requirements.  Result  A total of 12 articles were included, including one guideline, one evidence summary, 3 systematic reviews, and 7 randomized controlled trials.   Conclusion  This study summarizes the best evidence for the management of thirst symptoms in hemodialysis patients and provides a scientific basis of clinical practice for healthcare professionals.
