高龄肾功能衰竭患者血液透析的疗效分析

摘要：

目的 评估高龄肾功能衰竭患者血液透析的临床疗效。方法 观察总结65例高龄肾功能衰 竭患者血液透析治疗后的生存率和死亡原因，心脑血管并发症的发生情况及与透析充分性和营养状况相关的指标。结果 高龄血液透析患者的长期存活率逐步提高，死亡原因主要为心血管疾病、感染及严重营养不良，常见心血管并发症为低血压，透析充分性和营养情况有改善，但血清白蛋白仍明显低于非老年组。结论 施行个体化的透析和治疗，积极改善营养，减少感染，有助于减少高龄透析患者的并发症发生和提高生存率。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the effects of hemodialysis in elderly patients with chronic renal failure. Methods Observed and summarized the clinical data of 65 elderly patients suffering from CRF who received hemodialysis, analyzed the survival, the cause of death, the complications during dialysis, the dialysis adequacy and nutritional status. Results The long term survival rate of elder patients increased gradually. The commonest causes of death were cardiovascular events, infection and malnutrition. Hypotension was the most common cardiovascular complication. The dialysis adequacy and nutritional status improved, but serum albumin was significantly lower than that in non-elder patients. Conclusion Providing individual HD treatment, improving nutritional stutus and controlling infection may contribute to the increasing of survival rate and the redcution of the complications.
