细胞间粘附分子-1在腹膜炎症过程中的作用及己酮可可碱的保护效应 

摘要: 目的 探讨细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)在连续不卧床性腹膜透析(CAPD)患者的腹膜炎症 过程中的作用及己酮可可碱的保护效应。方法 采用体外腹膜间皮细胞(PMC)与巨噬细胞共同培养的方法,观察抗ICAM-1 MAb对巨噬细胞促进PMC增殖的影响及己酮可可碱的保护效应。结果 抗ICAM-1 MAb对巨噬细胞促进PMC的增殖具有抑制作用,呈剂量依赖性;己酮可可碱可抑制IFN-α诱导的PMC与巨噬细胞粘附。结论 ICAM-1 参与、影响腹膜炎症的过程,己酮可可碱在腹腔局部防御过程中发挥重要作用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the role of ICAM-1 in the process of peritoneum inflammation in CAPD patients and protective effects of pentoxifylline PTX.
Methods Peritoneal mesothelial cell(PMC) and macrophage were co-cultured in vitro. We observed the influence of ICAM-1 on activating PMC proliferation by macrophage and protective effect of pentoxifylline. Results The effect of activating PMC proliferation by macrophage was significantly inhibited and dosage-dependent. PTX was found to antagonize IFN-α induced adhesion reaction of PMC and macrophage. Conclusion ICAM-1 plays an important role in pathologic process of peritoneum inflammation. PTX may play an important role in peritoneal local defense and may be a protective agent which have a potential clinical value.
