慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者的胃排空

摘要： 【摘要】目的 进一步明确慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者的胃排空是否存在异常。方法 采用磁示踪法对32例慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者的固相胃排空时间进行了测定，并与正常对照组进行了对比。结果 透析后的胃半排空时间与正常对照组比较，二者差别无显著的统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者胃排空时间是正常的。

Abstract:

【Abstract】 Objective To further determine whether an abnormality of gastric emptying in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis. Methods Gastric magnetic tracer method was employed to me asure solid half-emptying time,The half-emptying time postdialysis in 32 patients and The Half-emptying time in 20 healthy volunteers were studied. Rsults Half-emptying time for postdialysis were not statistically different form controls (P>0.05). Conclusion Gastric emptying in patients with chronic renal failure receiving hemodialysis were normality. Gastric emptying could be improved by hemodialysis.
