川芎嗪防治腹膜纤维化作用的实验研究

摘要: 目的 探讨川芎嗪对实验性大鼠腹膜纤维化病变的影响和可能的机制。方法 采用4.25%含糖透析液+脂多糖致腹膜纤维化模型。将大鼠随机分成3组:对照组、模型组、川芎嗪组,川芎嗪组在造模同时每日腹腔内注射川芎嗪40mg/kg。30天后处死各组大鼠,留取腹膜组织做HE及Masson染色,并留取血液和腹膜透析液做ELISA法测转化生长因子β。结果 川芎嗪组的壁层腹膜厚度比模型组明显减轻,转化生长因子-β的浓度也明显下降。结论 川芎嗪能有效的防治腹膜纤维化的进程。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect and possible mechanism of ligustrazine in treating peritoneal fibrosis of experimental rats. Methods The peritoneal fibrosis rat model was induced by high glucose dialysate (4.25%,Baster) and lipopoly saccharide(LPS). The rats were randomly divided into three groups: Control group peritoneal fibresis,model group,and ligustrazine treating group.The ligustrazine treating group received daily intraperitoneal injection of 40mg/kg ligustrazine.Thirty days later all rats were sacrificed. The abdominal membrane was stained with HE and Masson method. Transforming growth factor β(TGF-β)in blood and dialysate were detected by ELISA method.Results The peritoneum visceral of peritoneal fibresis model group was thicker than that of ligustrazine treating group, and the concentration of TGF -βalso decreased obviously in ligustrazine group trating group. Conclusion Ligustrazine are beneficial to the prevention and treatment of peritoneal fibrosis.
