摘要: 连续性肾脏替代治疗(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)是一种缓慢持续性的床旁血液净化治疗方式,相较于普通血液透析具有血流动力学更稳定的优势。但多项研究表明低血压仍是CRRT常见的并发症之一。有文献报道CRRT第1个小时内的低血压发生率就高达43%~64.6%,且与住院死亡率独立相关。但CRRT期间影响低血压发生的危险因素一直未得到更多研究。本文主要对CRRT中低血压发生的危险因素进行详细阐述,旨在进一步指导临床有效预防低血压的发生及改善患者的预后。

Abstract: Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) is a slow and continuous bedside blood purification therapy method that has the advantage of more stable hemodynamics compared to conventional hemodialysis. However, many studies have shown that hypotension is still one of the common complications of CRRT. It has been reported that the incidence of hypotension within the first hour of CRRT is as high as 43~64.6%, and is independently associated with in-hospital mortality. However, the risk factors affecting the occurrence of hypotension during CRRT have not been further studied. This article mainly elaborates on the risk factors for hypotension during CRRT, aiming to further guide clinical practice to effectively prevent the occurrence of hypotension and improve the prognosis of the patients.
